I’m a New Yorker through and through, born and bred.

I did, however, spend the majority of my educational years in and around Boston, and I completed my MBA at Rollins College in Winter Park, FL.  Upon graduation I returned to my hometown of bright lights and tall buildings to work as a Consultant for a firm specializing in commercial due diligence (CDD) supporting investment companies and private equity. Currently, I work as an Interactive Marketing Analyst for the Orlando Sentinel.  I this role I am responsible for the online marketing and sponsored initiatives.  I also support many of the social media efforts for the publication.

In addition to an obvious interest in finance and the economy, I am an avid sports fan and participant.  I played college football for 4 years, but have since slowed down a bit, as many of my contemporaries have in our post collegiate days.  I decided to take on a new challenge, and bill myself now as a marathoner — I have run 3 marathons (Prague, New York, and Disney) and 1 half marathon (OUC) in the past year.  Something I never envisioned not too long ago.  When not running you can usually find me cheering on some of my favorite teams, the Mets, Jets, and Knicks.  I have a knack at defying conventional wisdom and convincing myself that this may be the year that one of my teams wins the big game.  I am fully aware that it is not that likely with my selection of teams, but I watch on with the same faith that every marathoner has at mile 16, with hurting knees and the knowledge that the finish line may not be right around the corner, the faith to keep pushing on because because of wisdom that there is a promised land ahead.
